Clayton Wheeler, a 28-year-old man from Baton Rouge, LA, was tragically killed on November 15, 2018. Wheeler, who was born on September 15, 1990, in Blytheville, was shot twice during a confrontation at a house in the 5000 block of Sherwood Street. He succumbed to his injuries on November 18, 2018. The incident occurred when Tiwan Cornell Snowden, 26 at the time, shot Wheeler during an altercation.
