Ceasar A. Valdovinos, aged 23, tragically lost his life on April 21, 2013, in Federal Way, Washington. Valdovinos was one of the victims in a deadly shooting incident at the Pinewood Village Apartments. The shooter, identified as Dennis Clark III, a 27-year-old male, fatally shot his girlfriend, Justine Baez, before turning his weapon on others in the apartment complex. Valdovinos was shot in the torso and died in the apartment's parking lot alongside another victim, Bradley Fischer.
