Pedro Angel Balderas, a 25-year-old resident of Federal Way, Washington, was tragically killed on Christmas Day, December 25, 2023. The incident occurred at approximately 8:41 p.m. in the parking lot of the Pavilion Apartment Homes on Southwest Campus Drive. Federal Way police responded to reports of gunshots and found Balderas suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite lifesaving efforts by officers and medics, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
