In the summer of 2022, a dispute between acquaintances in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, escalated to a fatal conclusion, claiming the life of 30-year-old Delta Hunt. The male victim was discovered with critical gunshot wounds on June 13, 2022, in the 10000 block of Avenue L, located near the Bayou Ridge Apartments. Emergency medical services were dispatched to the scene and promptly transported Hunt to a nearby hospital for treatment. Despite their efforts, he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
