Roland Moore, a 35-year-old male from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, tragically passed away on July 28, 2022, due to gunshot wounds. He was found deceased around 9:30 PM in the 8600 block of Scotland Avenue. The Baton Rouge Police Department's Homicide Detectives are actively investigating the incident, but the motive and suspect remain unknown at this time.
