In the spring of 2023, a violent altercation in Baton Rouge claimed the life of 35-year-old Christopher Jackson. On the afternoon of Tuesday, May 23rd, at approximately 3:30 p.m., Jackson was involved in a physical confrontation with another man at the intersection of Wilmot Street and Addison Street, near North Foster Drive. The dispute escalated tragically, resulting in Jackson being fatally shot.
