Bobby Duncan Jr., a 15-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 30, 2019, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Bobby was found by police lying in the street, suffering from a gunshot wound to the head in the 300 block of South 18th Street around 7:30 PM. Despite the efforts of first responders, Bobby was pronounced dead at the scene. The initial investigation revealed that the motive and suspect were unknown at the time of the incident.
