In the spring of 2019, the life of 15-year-old Bobby Duncan Jr. was tragically cut short on a street in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. On the evening of April 30th, police responded to a call and found the young male on South 18th Street with a fatal gunshot wound to his head. He was pronounced dead at the scene, leaving a community to grapple with the sudden and violent loss of a young life.
