Timothy Chapman, a 21-year-old male from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on December 19, 2022. The incident occurred at an apartment complex on Florida Boulevard, where Chapman was fatally shot during an attempted robbery. The Baton Rouge Police Department responded to the scene around 7:15 p.m., and Chapman was pronounced dead at the location.
