James A. Jarreau III, a 16-year-old African American male from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on January 5, 2021. James was a sophomore at Capitol Senior High School and was known for his respectful and well-mannered demeanor. He was found shot to death in a vehicle on Cadillac Street in Baton Rouge.
