In the early morning hours of June 29, 2020, the life of 26-year-old Jeremy Sincere, a Black male, was tragically cut short in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Police were dispatched to a residential area in the 10100 block of Avenue E around 1:50 a.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered Mr. Sincere and another man, 40-year-old Burnell Williams, inside a vehicle, both suffering from gunshot wounds.
