In the early evening of December 10, 2022, a verbal disagreement in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, escalated into a fatal encounter that ended the life of 37-year-old Deandre Duncan. The male victim was discovered on Edwin Street, in the 8800 block, suffering from a gunshot wound.
