On January 30, 2023, Horace Watson, a 37-year-old man, was fatally shot in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a Waffle House located on Rieger Road near Siegen Lane. According to reports, the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office received a call about shots being fired around 3 a.m. that morning.
