In the spring of 2020, a sudden burst of violence on a Friday night in Baton Rouge claimed the life of Travis Parker, a 37-year-old male from Tunica, Louisiana. The incident, which unfolded on March 20th, was one of two fatal and unrelated shootings that occurred in the city that evening. Parker was inside a residence on Victory Drive when an unknown assailant, or assailants, fired multiple shots into the home from outside.
