Anthony Mitchell, a 31-year-old man from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on October 30, 2023, in a drive-by shooting incident. The Baton Rouge Police Department reported that Mitchell, along with several others, was parked in vehicles on 79th Avenue off Harding Boulevard when an unknown shooter drove by and opened fire on the parked vehicles1.
