In the late summer of 2019, the life of Norman Clyde Richardson, a 60-year-old African American man from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was tragically cut short. On the evening of September 19th, events unfolded inside a home on Balboa Drive that would end in his untimely death. Richardson was at the residence of 68-year-old Andrew Pittman when a brief struggle ensued between the two men.
