J’Quan Jarvis, a 13-year-old African American boy, was tragically shot and killed on January 16, 2021, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The Baton Rouge Police Department identified him as the victim of a deadly shooting on Beechwood Drive. According to reports, J’Quan was found lying in the street in the area of the 3900 block of Beechwood Drive. The motive behind the shooting and the identity of the killer remain unknown.
