Artrell Conner, a 29-year-old African American male from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on February 28, 2021. According to the Baton Rouge Police Department, Conner was involved in a fatal shooting incident that occurred around 10:00 PM on Prescott Road.
