On September 23, 2017, at approximately 12:38 a.m., Hartford police responded to reports of gunfire near 1164 Albany Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered four individuals with gunshot wounds. Joshua Taylor, 31, was pronounced dead at the scene from a gunshot wound to the head.
