In the early hours of a Thursday morning in Hartford, Connecticut, a tragic sequence of events unfolded, ending the life of 34-year-old Hispanic male Miguel Perez. On June 7, 2018, at approximately 2:50 a.m., Perez was driving his car when he was struck by a gunshot to his back. It is believed that he was targeted.
