On June 25, 2018, in Hartford, Connecticut, 42-year-old William Smalls was found deceased inside a vehicle that had collided with a tree on North Canaan Street. Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered that Smalls had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the head, neck, chest, and arm, leading to his death at the scene.
