In the summer of 2014, the life of a Hartford man was tragically cut short. Tyron Taylor, a 33-year-old Black male, was shot on the morning of June 11, 2014, following a dispute. The confrontation that led to the fatal shooting took place in front of a grocery store in Hartford. Taylor was rushed to a nearby hospital but ultimately succumbed to his injuries that day. Born in Hartford on May 24, 1981, he was known by loved ones as a quiet person who cherished his family.
