On March 25, 2013, at approximately 5:00 p.m., Hartford Police responded to gunshots detected by the GSL Shot Spotter System near 150 Clark Street. Upon arrival, officers observed a red pickup truck speeding away. The driver, Randolph Feliciano, informed police that his 19-year-old son, Kwante Tyshawn Feliciano, had been shot at 138 Clark Street, and he was rushing him to St. Francis Hospital.
