On January 31, 2002, 20-year-old Jerome "Booda" Parker Medina tragically passed away in Hartford, Connecticut. Born on April 11, 1981, to Cielo Medina and Jerome Parker, both of whom predeceased him, Jerome was affectionately known as "Booda" by his family and close friends.
