On February 18, 2017, 27-year-old Chace Carmelo Hernandez was found unresponsive in his black Audi A4 in Hartford, Connecticut, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
