In the early afternoon of a summer day in Hartford, Connecticut, the life of 34-year-old Hispanic male, Hurberto Robert O'Neil Jr., was tragically cut short. On June 14, 2014, just before 1 p.m., police responded to reports of gunfire near 66 Main Street. Upon arrival, they discovered O'Neil on the sidewalk with gunshot wounds to his head and face. He was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after.
