In the early afternoon of a summer day in Hartford, Connecticut, the life of 34-year-old Hispanic male, Hurberto Robert O'Neil Jr., was tragically cut short. On June 14, 2014, just before 1 p.m., police responded to reports of gunfire near 66 Main Street. Upon arrival, they discovered O'Neil on the sidewalk with gunshot wounds to his head and face.
