On the evening of December 1, 2017, a burst of gunfire shattered the quiet of a South End neighborhood in Hartford, Connecticut, leaving a 45-year-old Hispanic male, Edgardo Galindez, dead on the sidewalk. The incident occurred near 93 Bond Street, where responding officers discovered Galindez suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
