Murdered

On June 21, 2016, at approximately 7:24 p.m., 19-year-old Cameron Mounds Jr. was fatally shot on Enfield Street in Hartford, Connecticut. Responding to a ShotSpotter alert, Hartford police discovered Mounds suffering from gunshot wounds to the torso near 97 Enfield Street. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
