On December 9, 2021, at approximately 1:45 a.m., Albuquerque Police Department officers responded to reports of gunfire and a physical altercation near Port Road and Bluewater Road in northwest Albuquerque. Upon arrival, officers discovered three individuals with various injuries. Among them was 19-year-old Jacob Campos, who had sustained a single gunshot wound.
