On the evening of March 4, 2020, a young Black / African American man's life was cut short in Hartford, Connecticut. Anthony Swaby, a 25-year-old male, was discovered inside a car on Holcomb Street, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. The sound of the gunfire had been heard by an on-duty police officer who was about five blocks away from the scene.
