In the late summer of 2021, the community of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, mourned the loss of Karrie Key Levine, a 44-year-old hairdresser known for her vibrant spirit. A White female, Levine was a lifelong resident of Pine Bluff, having been born there on July 6, 1977, and graduating from Pine Bluff High School in 1995. Her life, however, was cut tragically short.
