On a summer day in 2017, the Pine Bluff, Arkansas community was shaken by the violent deaths of two of its residents. Gloria Oyler, a 47-year-old woman, was found shot to death on July 3rd in what police determined to be a double homicide. Alongside her was 53-year-old Charles McEuen, who also succumbed to fatal gunshot wounds.
