In a quiet Pine Bluff, Arkansas neighborhood, a sense of unease settled when family members could not reach 58-year-old Deborah Lynn Moncrief and her companion, 62-year-old Anthony Branch. The silence was broken on the morning of July 11, 2014, when Branch's daughter, concerned after not hearing from them for several days, made a grim discovery at Moncrief's home on Cowboy Drive.
