In the autumn of 2014, a quiet street in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, became the scene of a tragedy that left a family and community in mourning. On the morning of October 7th, concern grew for 64-year-old Sandra Jo Williams and her husband, John Richard Williams, when family and friends were unable to get in contact with them.
