In the late afternoon of November 30, 2024, the life of 20-year-old Heriberto 'Eddie' Samaniego, a Hispanic male, was tragically cut short. First responders were called to an apartment complex on North Stone Avenue in Tucson, Arizona, around 4:30 p.m. following reports of a shooting. Inside one of the apartments, they found Samaniego suffering from gunshot wounds.
