On a November day in Tucson, Arizona, a visit between two men would end in a fatal encounter. Thirty-four-year-old Alberto Silva Ledezma was at the residence of Kevin William Holland, also 34, in the 4600 block of East 31st Street on November 23, 2021. An altercation broke out between the two men, which tragically escalated to the point of gunfire.

Ledezma was shot and fatally wounded during the dispute. Following the shooting, it was Holland himself who contacted 911 to report the incide ...
