On November 23, 2021, 34-year-old Alberto Silva Ledezma of Tucson, Arizona, was fatally shot during a visit to the residence of Kevin William Holland, also 34, located in the 4600 block of East 31st Street. An altercation between the two men escalated, culminating in the shooting. Following the incident, Holland contacted 911 to report the event. He was subsequently arrested and charged with second-degree murder, with bail set at $250,000.
