On a Monday evening in Tucson, Arizona, a social gathering near the University of Arizona turned tragic, ending the life of 21-year-old Jeremy Garcia. A Hispanic male, Jeremy was at a gathering in the 1200 block of East 10th Street on January 29, 2024, when a shot was fired, striking him.
