In the late summer of 2024, the community of Tucson, Arizona, was shaken by the tragic death of Santiago Jimenez Herrera, a 36-year-old Hispanic man. On the afternoon of August 21st, his body was discovered in a desert area in the 7400 block of South Wilmot Road.
