In the summer of 1992, a grim discovery was made in a desert area on the east side of Tucson, Arizona, forever altering the lives of many. On June 13, the body of 18-year-old Jennifer 'Jenny' Geuder was found by a jogger; she had been shot six times in the head. The preceding evening, Jennifer, a young mother, had gone out with her boyfriend, Jose Luna, and his acquaintance, Donald Miller. This outing, however, was a deceptive prelude to a tragic and calculated act of violence.
