On the morning of November 1, 2020, Isidro Fernando Hernandez-Ortiz, also known as Isidro Ortiz, a 23-year-old Hispanic / Latino male from Tucson, Arizona, was shot and killed in a remote desert area off the 2500 block of East Aerospace Parkway on the city’s south side, near the Tucson International Airport.
