In the late hours of a spring evening in Tucson, Arizona, the life of 16-year-old Estevan Angel Lujan was tragically cut short. On April 22, 2023, the young man was at a party with friends near the 3200 block of East 27th Avenue. An argument broke out between Lujan and another individual, escalating to the point where shots were fired. Lujan was struck by the gunfire and was rushed to a local hospital, where he was ultimately pronounced dead.
