A sense of joy and a protective nature defined 17-year-old Francisco Ramon Santamaria Aguirre, known affectionately to his loved ones as 'Sisco.' His life was tragically cut short on the evening of April 5, 2021, in Tucson, Arizona. A confrontation in the parking lot of an apartment complex at 41 S. Shannon Road escalated to gunfire, and Santamaria Aguirre was fatally wounded.
