In the early morning hours of October 18, 2021, the life of 21-year-old Ocean Frederick Washington was tragically cut short in a burst of violence at Mission Manor Park in Tucson, Arizona. A large group had gathered at the park, located at 6100 S. 12th Avenue, when the scene turned chaotic.
