In the early morning hours of November 2, 2025, a gathering at a residence in Tucson, Arizona, turned fatal. Eduardo Toyos, a 19-year-old male, was shot and killed during an altercation that broke out at the large party. The incident occurred at a home in the 100 block of West Calle Rayo De Sol.
When Tucson police officers and fire department personnel arrived at the scene around 1:30 a.m., they discovered two individuals with gunshot wounds.
Eduardo Toyos was pronounced dead at the residence. Another victim, 18-year-old Abraham Javier Vindiola, was transported to a local hospital in critical condition but ultimately succumbed to his injuries. A third person was also wounded in the shooting and received medical care at a hospital.
The Tucson Police Department's homicide detectives are actively investigating the shooting. Authorities have determined that the shots were fired during a dispute at the party.
