In the winter of 2024, a dispute at a midtown Tucson apartment complex tragically escalated, ending the life of 44-year-old Gabriel Alberto Rodriguez. On the afternoon of December 8th, multiple 911 calls reported a shooting, drawing a swift response from local law enforcement. Upon their arrival, they discovered Rodriguez with critical injuries from which he would not recover. Despite immediate medical attention, he succumbed to his wounds at the scene. He was a Hispanic male.
