In the late afternoon of May 4, 2016, the life of 15-year-old Sephaul Booker, a Black male, was tragically cut short in a deadly shooting in Tucson, Arizona. The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. in the 3700 block of East 4th Street. Tucson police responded to multiple reports of a shooting and, upon arrival, discovered Sephaul in the parking lot of a duplex with at least one gunshot wound. Despite the quick response of law enforcement, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
