On May 4, 2016, in Montgomery, Alabama, 22-year-old Demetrius Kelly was fatally shot. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning near the intersection of Mobile Road and Gibbs Drive. According to police reports, Kelly was found unresponsive at the scene with multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency medical services pronounced him dead upon arrival.
