On February 21, 2021, Edsel Cecena-Marquez, a 21-year-old resident of Tucson, Arizona, lost his life due to gun violence. The incident occurred in the 5900 block of South Park Avenue.

According to the police, the shooting resulted from an argument involving Cecena-Marquez and two other individuals. This argument escalated and led to gunfire. Cecena-Marquez was fatally shot during this altercation.
