On October 16, 2019, 18-year-old Corey Teixeira was fatally shot in Tucson, Arizona. The incident occurred in the 4700 block of East Duncan Street, near the intersection of Grant and Swan, where Teixeira and another 18-year-old, Ali Mohamed, were attempting to break into a residence.
