In the warm afternoon of September 4, 2025, the life of 34-year-old Marcus Anthony Javier, a Hispanic male, was cut short on the south side of Tucson, Arizona. Deputies from the Pima County Sheriff's Department were initially called to the 3200 block of East Wyatt Street shortly after 12:30 p.m. for a report of a vehicle crash. Upon their arrival, they discovered Javier inside the vehicle, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal, and ...
