In the early morning hours of November 1, 2020, Oscar Daniel Dicochea, a 21-year-old Hispanic/Latino man from Tucson, Arizona, was fatally shot during a large gathering on the city’s south side. He was later pronounced dead at Banner University Medical Center’s South Campus after arriving there with gunshot wounds, one of four people struck by gunfire in the incident.
